Operations Managers — 2 Positions
- Accountable for on-time delivery of products to end consumers through in-house logistics and partners | agents – 24×7
- Require working in the night shifts/ early morning shifts to ensure packaging based on just-in-time inventory
- Need to follow-up with vendors/ partners/ suppliers for timely placement of orders and delivery
- Would have to work very closely with Category Manager(s).
- Accountable for quality of inventory, storage and ZERO pilferage.
- Responsible for managing 24×7 crew
- Should be comfortable to use use excel, email and handle escalations if any.
Qualification: B.Com or MBA
Experience: About 2 years in ware house management

Salary: 10,000 based on experience
Sales Executives — 1 Position
- 2 – 3 year experience in lead to opportunity conversion.
- Target based accountability
- Collect accurate and timely market intelligence to enhance business
- Possess excellent communication and Customer handling skills (also issues / escalations if any).
- Computer savvy, especially handling reports and generating them in Excel.
- Possess good leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage escalations from customers/ agents
Experience: 2 to 4 years in Finance/ Sales/ Marketing
Qualification: B.Com/MBA in Retail/ Marketing with prior experience.
Salary: About 12,000 + Target based incentives.
